Music and Liturgical Arts Week at Lake Junaluska is presented by the Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts. It is designed for clergy, musicians, worship leaders, handbell ringers, adults, youth, children and those involved in the arts and the church. Lake Junaluska is a beautiful conference center located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Come join us for a week of fellowship, learning, worship and spiritual renewal.

PROGRAM REGISTRATION	Secure online event program registration is available at www.regonline.com/musicartsweek. You may pay by credit card or print an invoice for payment by check. Individuals may request a "paper registration form" by calling 1.800.952.8977 or emailing MusicArtsWeek@FUMMWA.org. Group leaders must register groups online and make payments for all registrations within the group.
SPECIAL RATES UNTIL APRIL 30, 2008	$135 Fellowship member and those attending with a member $190 Non-Fellowship members (Includes one year of membership in The Fellowship). $110 Children & Youth $30 Guest or Chaperone (includes program book, worship, and evening concerts only) $25 Facility Fee for those not staying in Lake Junaluska Housing (included in all housing rates) $75 Daily Rate After April 30, there is a $25.00 per person registration increase.
SPECIAL REGISTRATION AND HOUSING OFFERS	SAVE $5.00 on each registration by staying in Lake Junaluska Assembly Housing. Stay at Terrace Inn, Lambuth Inn, Lakeside Lodge, Mountainview Lodge, Sunnyside Lodge, or the Junaluska Apartments and deduct $5.00 from the registration fee. 	YOUTH and CHILDREN PACKAGE We have worked with Lake Junaluska to develop a special Youth/Children Group Lodging and Meals package for only $199 per person. This package also entitles each registrant to the $5.00 registration discount noted above. It’s easy and economical to bring your group in 2008! For more details about this new package, go to Group Information. FREE CHAPERONE REGISTRATION One complimentary chaperone registration per 10 youth or children registrations in a group reservation. SAVE BIG IN 2009! Receive one complimentary registration for the 2009 event for every 8 paid registrations in 2008. Pay for 8 adults in 2008 and get 1 adult registration in 2009. The same goes for youth and children registrations. A coupon good for the 2009 registration will be given to you at the event in 2008.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEALS	NEW IN 2008! Check-in for all conference center facility guests will be at the new Bethea Welcome Center, not at the individual hotels. The Bethea Welcome Center is located just inside the West Gate, located on Highway 19. Event registration on Sunday, June 22 will also take place in the Welcome Center. It’s “one stop,” and you’re on your way! Participants are responsible for making their own housing arrangements. For information and to make reservations, go to Housing Information. Make your lodging reservations directly with Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center. Rates vary depending on location and range from $72 per day (per person double occupancy including three meals a day) to $21.00 per day (per person for dormitory style lodging without meals).
